Pay Rate: $1596.57 - $1839.52
NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. OT Needed - 12/9 start, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule.
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: OT-WA(Copy needed)
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
