Key Responsibilities : - Product Ownership : End-to-end responsibility for the product, from conceptualization to execution and beyond. Data-Driven - - Decision Making : Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to define product strategies and drive the product roadmap. - Customer Insights : Regularly engage with customers, review session recordings, and gather insights to continuously improve the product. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and smooth delivery. - Creativity & Innovation : Generate fresh ideas to enhance product features and align with customer needs and market trends. - Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to align goals, set expectations, and ensure transparency. - Product Optimization : Continuously optimize product features based on performance metrics and customer feedback. Qualifications : - Graduate from a Tier-1 College in India (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc.). - 3 Years of experience in Product management. - Prior development experience is an advantage. - Experience working with B2C products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Creative thinking and idea generation. - Ability to take ownership of the product and drive continuous improvements. - Customer-centric approach to product development.
