Job Description
Our client, a leading organisation in the apprenticeship training sector, is on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing team where you’ll use your expertise in automation and email marketing to drive engagement and generate leads.
What you’ll be doing?
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the marketing automation platform, designing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with various teams to create compelling content, analyse data to refine strategies, and ensure smooth workflows that move leads through the sales funnel. Your work will directly support the business’s growth plans by increasing brand awareness and driving conversions.
What experience you’ll need to apply?
3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Strong communication skills and the ability to analyse data to inform decisions.
Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative team player who can work with content, design, and other marketing teams.What you’ll get in return for your experience?
