Job Description
I am looking for a Contracts Manager for a Restoration project on a Grade 1 and 2 Listed building in Lincolnshire.
Previous experience in running restoration or remedial projects is essential. Specialised processes undertaken to repair, restore, or improve a building or structure that has suffered from defects, damage, or deterioration over time.
The need for remedial work can arise from a variety of factors, including poor workmanship, natural wear and tear, environmental impacts, or the emergence of latent defects.
