Job Description

Are you serious about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Perhaps you’re a senior support worker ready to take the next step and lead a team by example?

We are looking for a dedicated Support Manager to oversee two supported living services. You will spend 20% of your time on shift, directly supporting and leading your team of support workers, setting a positive example through hands-on leadership. The remaining 80% will be focused on people management and admin duties.

The role requires flexibility to fit with shift patterns of earlies, lates, and some weekends for the on-shift responsibilities, while management tasks are typically Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm.

What’s the Package?

Up to £30k including allowances
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Predominantly day shifts, with some flexibility requiredTo Apply

You have relevant experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector.
A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Ideally, you have a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards it through our funded apprenticeship program.
