The Job
Saddlers are recruiting for a Contracts Manager

Location
Covering sites around North London, based from Enfield

Job Role
The right candidate must be from a Water background, with specific experience working on the Thames Water framework managing major projects.

Experience Required
Significant experience at a Snr Management level
Project Management skills including management of risk for delivery of projects to time, cost, quality, safety and security of supply.
Programme management and the ability to produce and monitor project programmes using programming software.
People Management
Change Management
Risk and Opportunity Management
Commercial Acumen - experience in contract management within fixed price and target cost NEC3 / NEC 4 Contracts.
Sound understanding of health and safety legislation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualification in Civil Engineering
SMSTS / IOSHH
NEBOSH
CSCS Card – Black (Site Agent) or White (Academically Qualified) Card
EUSR Blue Water Card
First Aid at Work
