Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Proactively source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting
Conduct interviews and match candidates to client requirements
Negotiate fees, salary packages, and manage the offer process
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPI'sWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Strong ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in transport and logistics recruitment (preferred but not essential)What We Offer:
