Whether its at one of our established city centre locations or an exciting new site, youll play a key role in shaping our guest experience and driving the success of our venues.

What Youll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the venue.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and team engagement.
• Maintain high standards in service, training, and operations while ensuring a hands-on presence during peak hours.
• Lead marketing initiatives, boost social media engagement, and uphold the unique brand experience at each venue.
• Ensure operational compliance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to team development and recruitment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably in high-volume bars/restaurants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for the food and drink industry, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Proficiency and interest in social media platforms, and a keenness to drive engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Basic Pay:£30,660

Additional Pay:Achievable quarterly bonus, tips and service charges

Expected schedule:8-10 hour shifts, weekend availability
