Working pattern:working 4 days on 4 days off / 8am to 8pm

Salary: £23795.20 + service charge

We are looking for someone who has a positive and welcoming attitude, excellent communication skills, good knowledge of London and key attractions and previous experience in a customer facing role.

Due to this job requiring valet parking on a regular basis and a clean UK drivers licence,candidates must be 25 years of age or above due toinsurance purposes.

As aDoorpersonyou will be:

• Greeting guests upon arrival with a welcoming smile.
• Ensuring guests luggage is delivered correctly to their rooms.
• Providing great knowledge of the hotel and local area.
• Escorting guests to their rooms and showing them the hotel facilities.
• Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times.
