Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms. A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
