We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing central recruitment team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.


Our team focuses on the recruitment of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses, who deliver Complex Clinical Care within the homes of our service users.


As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in in expanding our care services by sourcing and attracting talented individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care.


This position is fast-paced, and priorities change frequently. Therefore, quick thinking, adaptability, and excellent organisational skills are essential.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:


  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively searching for and identifying potential candidates using various methods including, social media platforms, CV databases, as well as traditional and innovative approaches.
  • Application Management: Reviewing and processing applications in a timely manner and ensuring regular maintenance of the candidate database.
  • Candidate Attraction: Creating and posting of person-centred job adverts across various platforms, including our website, job boards and social media platforms, to reach a diverse rang of people.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct detailed telephone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for our roles, before booking them in for interview.
  • Reporting: Regularly review and report on the number of vacancies and successful interviews.


Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a recruitment setting and is seeking their next opportunity to join a growing business. You’ll thrive on challenges and be motivated by achieving and exceeding set interview booking and call targets. These targets are realistic and attainable for someone with the drive to succeed enabling you to be successful in this role.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be advantageous; however, this is not essential.


Hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, applicants must be willing to cover a mixture of shifts on a weekly rota basis.


We are offering a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum and in return for your hard work and dedication, we also offer a bonus-based incentive scheme.
