Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Secret Senior Cost Analyst to sit in Aberdeen, MD for a federal client of ours. In this role, you will perform weapons system cost estimating, analysis, and research, focusing on complex and large-scale problem areas. You will conduct cost analysis to generate critical products that inform program decision-making, reporting, and funding efforts. Responsibilities include aligning cost element breakdowns, performing base year and then-year cost forecasts, and supporting system engineering, program management, and risk management processes. You will also provide life cycle cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and metrics management. Your work will directly support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process through analytical assessments, development of key documentation, and participation in annual budget execution and milestone decision reviews.

Pay range and compensation package

$35/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
