Backend Engineer - Java/Python/Hadoop

Skills : Hadoop, Java, Python, Scala, Sql Requirements : - 3-4 yrs as a backend developer - Worked in a good startup or good engineering colleges - Working with an early-stage startup in a role that involves - Building scalable systems to extract information from 15Mn domains. - Being able to extract people information from these domains - Extracting technographic information through market segmentation from these domains. - Building, distributed, data pipeline by scraping the web and organising the information in a readable manner. Requirements from Past Experience : 1. Prior experience of working with large-scale datasets (10s of millions of documents) is strongly preferred. 2. Experience in one of the languages like Python, Java, Scala, or Golang is preferred. 3. Experience in data cleansing and preparation concepts and tools. 4. Prior experience of working with startups is strongly preferred. 5. Experience with Data Quality Controls. (ref:hirist.tech)
