Early Careers Manager

Fixed term contract with a view to go permanent.

London

£70-75K plus bonus and benefits.

Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in the office in the City of London

The organisations is a heritage financial services brand with an evolving HR function. Talent Acquisition is well established and has built an excellent reputation among hiring managers and external talent. The business is further elevating the HR function and that includes the early careers offering- bringing together a number of separate graduate cohorts for different business areas into one structured and more successful and scalable programme.

The business has recently selected an external supplier for graduate attraction and selection which will help bring a standard approach and message to market. The role of the Early Careers lead is to ensure the supplier is well supported and fulfilling the SLAs and will also facilitate the programmes across the business. Stakeholder management and influencing is a key party of the role; ensuring stakeholder across the business, globally are doing their bit to make the programme work and offer the desired rotation experience.

The desire here is to create a scalable programme that will grow year on year and provide the business the return on investment, future skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to take hold of a fragmented graduate scheme and build something new and more robust across a growing global business. Global headcount is c3000, so a comparable sized business is preferable.

You will have led the Early Careers offering in your organisation and have a thorough understanding of the whole life cycle
