Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for managing the full recruitment lifecycle? This could be a great opportunity working in a small HR team.

We’re working with a leading healthcare organisation looking for an Internal Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to join their team. Based near Bath, this hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact while collaborating with HR and hiring managers.

Please note, you must be in an hours commute of Bath to be considered for this role.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting roles to coordinating interviews.
• Ensure compliance with all pre-employment checks (DBS, references, etc.).
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires have a seamless start.
• Support HR on key recruitment projects to drive company growth.

About you:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or high-compliance sectors.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Comfortable with video interviews and managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
