Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + up to 30% commission (NO thresholds!)
Hybrid Working: In-office until your desk is up and running, then split 2-3 days per week.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Education team, you'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment-especially during term time, when the action really heats up. Outside of term, it's fast, but come term time, it's even faster. You'll be sourcing top-tier talent for schools and educational institutions, managing client relationships, and working with speed and precision to deliver the right candidates for the job.
Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and direct headhunting to find the best talent for your clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Match the right candidates to the right roles, negotiate salaries, and ensure both clients and candidates are satisfied.What We're Looking For
Proven Biller: A strong, demonstrated track record of billing and success in recruitment is essential.
Education Sector Experience: Preferred but not required-if you're a top performer in recruitment, we want to talk.
