SEN Teacher Assistant - Full time - North London based - November start

This special needs school specialises in creating a safe and happy environment, encouraging young individuals with autism or learning disabilities to unlock their full potential and progress to life outside of school.

Create a positive and safe learning environment
Organise personalised learning activities
Work alongside Teachers to liaise with parents, carers and external agencies where appropriate
Follow the schools safeguarding/health and safety policies
Able to adapt teaching styles or better suit each learners needs Personal Attributes:
Willingness to work with young individuals with autism
have knowledge or know about autism and learning disabilities of all different ranges.
Emotional and physical resilience to bad behaviour
Willing to use positive behaviour therapy
