Job Description
Success Recruit are currently working with a company based in Central Essex who are seeking to recruit a Communications Manager to join their growing business on a Temporary FTC for approximately 6-9 months.
The successful Temporary Communications Manager will work closely with the Head of Communications and work alongside a wider supportive & friendly team supporting and planning with the next step of their growth and changes.
The successful Communications Manager will be expected to:
* Previous experience managing internal and external comms
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Identifying and produce engaging content across a range of media / PR
* Excellent organisational skills, able to meet deadlines
The successful Communications Manager will be rewarded with:

Job Specifics
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the Temporary Communications Manager is to work closely with the Head of Communications and the Senior Management Team, by improving the profile of the company, in support of their strategic plan developing their brand identity. The successful candidate will also produce content and material across a range of social media and organise a variety of high-profile events.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Manage all internal and external communications ensuring message is consistent, engaging and builds brand awareness with target audiences.
* Develop and manage their social media accounts
* Create engaging content & conducting research
* Plan and manage the design, content for all marketing including their website
* Maintain administrative systems and processes
* Arrange and attend events, meetings, and presentations
* Develop relationships with third parties
* Help with any other duties as and when needed
Hours: Flexible working hours starting from 8am to 6pm, with core hours from 10-4pm. Our client will consider part time hours.
Salary: Circa £30-35k dependant on experience
