Salary: EVH Grade 12, Point 11, £124,117 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Ardrossan

Cunninghame Housing Association is a registered social landlord with over 3,500 social homes for rent across North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway. The Association is more than just a landlord and plays an active role in regenerating communities along with running their two subsidiary companies.

Following the retirement of our long serving Group Chief Executive, we are now looking for an inspirational leader to work closely with the Board of Management and the Executive Management Team to deliver our vision, values and strategic objectives for our customers.

You should come to us with significant leadership experience at an executive level gained within customer focused organisations, and preferably those providing services of social value to identifiable communities. You will have high levels of political awareness and the ability to successfully network at all levels. We work very effectively with a range of partners to maximise our positive role and will look for you to continue this.

Our next Group Chief Executive will also have a desire to make an impact on the communities we serve and will be aligned to our core values of “Equality, Participation, Investment, Creativity and Customer Focus (EPICC).
