The Sustainability Team supports Siemens Mobility's business across a breadth of sustainability topics. The sustainability priorities for Siemens globally are outlined in our DEGREE framework, supporting the ambition to have a positive impact on society and the environment. Our team leads and supports stakeholders in our organisation on topics such as social value, corporate responsibility, modern slavery and decarbonisation.

Embark on your journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic intern development programme. We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.

- Encourage sustainable business practices within our operations
- Collaborate with other teams to support the continuous improvement of social and environmental data
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme
- Support other relevant workstreams as required, such as carbon, modern slavery, social value and sustainable procurement
- Promote sustainability good practice stories and support internal and external communications
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a sustainability-related discipline e.g. Sustainable Development, Geography, environmental management
- Able to demonstrate strong interest in sustainability topics
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
