About the role:
We are looking for a Part-Time KS1 Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. This role offers the chance to work with eager young minds, helping them master the fundamentals while fostering creativity and joy in the learning process. You’ll have the freedom to bring your teaching style to life while following a dynamic and well-rounded curriculum that emphasizes interactive learning, storytelling, and creative play. You will be working closely with a friendly team of educators, and will be given the flexibility to tailor lessons to suit the individual needs of your students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. We pride ourselves on our small class sizes, enabling you to create a real connection with your pupils and offer tailored support.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching KS1.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Creativity and flexibility in lesson planning.
• A warm, nurturing, and patient approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
• Use creative methods to teach core subjects, ensuring each lesson is exciting and impactful.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure students’ individual needs are met.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support children’s development and progress.
