Application Requirements:
• CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualifications (preferred but not essential).
• Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and other special needs.
• A caring and patient individual who can build strong, trusting relationships with students.
• Ability to work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting your approach to suit each child’s needs.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other needs, helping them engage with the curriculum.
• Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work with the SEN team and teachers to create and follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Help the class teacher with activities, prepare materials, and support group work for all students.
