Sustainability Consultant

I am looking for a proactive and driven Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join my client's, dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about sustainability and eager to develop expertise in environmental accreditation systems. while experience in these areas is not essential, some exposure would be advantageous.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday, (8:30–5pm)

Location: Cobham, SURREY (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering environmental accreditation projects, including BREEAM, SKA, Fitwel, and WELL Building.
• Support the team with client-facing activities, including attending meetings and presenting sustainability strategies.
• Develop an understanding of sustainability standards and certification processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable design and project management.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Organise and manage project documentation to meet deadlines and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Friendly and confident personality to integrate well into a small, collaborative team.
• Client-facing experience or the ability to build relationships with clients.
• A genuine interest in sustainability, with the desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Any previous experience or exposure to BREEAM, SKA, or other environmental certifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Car or motorbike & license.
• Eligible to work in the UK without any sponsorship support.
