Responsibilities and Duties: • Collaborate with the Chef in the preparation of dishes • Assist the kitchen brigade in the correct implementation and execution of daily activities • Observe and reproduce technical gestures • Check supplies for warehouse inventory • Comply with safety and hygiene rules • Take care of the maintenance of work environment and work equipment Requirements: • The ideal candidate has passion for the hospitality industry and a strong motivation to work in an excellence environment • Precision, attention to detail • Strong orientation to the quality of service • Attitude to teamwork • Good time management • Knowledge of Italian and English • Love for the city of Florence It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
