About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our team and inspire our young learners. In this full-time, long-term position, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational experiences of our children, guiding them on their journey of discovery and growth. You will implement engaging lessons aligned with our rich curriculum, which encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and developing innovative approaches to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting high standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
• Engage with parents and the wider community to support student learning and wellbeing.
