Location: SE1
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime available)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Skilled Paver to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to install and repair pavements, driveways, walkways, and other outdoor surfaces using a variety of materials such as asphalt, concrete, brick, and stone. You will be responsible for surface preparation, reading and interpreting layouts, and applying finishing touches to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces by removing debris, grading, levelling, and compacting.
* Install and repair pavements using various materials and techniques.
* Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout and pattern.
* Cut and shape paving materials using hand and power tools.
* Apply finishing touches such as seal coats and joint compounds.
* Maintain paving tools and equipment, reporting any defects.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in paving and pavement repair.
* Knowledge of pavement construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret layouts and specifications.
* Physical stamina for manual labor.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
