Sales Executive - Zambia (Meat Butchery)

Sales Representative Butchery | Zambia Salary: $1000-$1500 per month; plus incentives Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive based in Zambia (or able to relocate to Zambia) for a butchery/meat company based in Zambia is looking for experienced Sales Representative to join their team. Experience in the Meat Industry preferred. Incentives include Accommodation, Vehicle, 1 Return ticket for a year included; Relocation fees not accommodating, Valid passport (South Africans) Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Duties & Responsibilities 1. Customer Relationships Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Complete weekly cold calling; lead generation and developing relationships with restaurants and businesses in the area Grow and maintain a customer database by building sound relationships. Continuously seek new opportunities. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing & prospective customers. 2. Sales Targets Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Attend meetings as and when required at designated locations clients and colleagues Collaborate with Sales/Merchandisers etc. to drive the business performance. Attend trade shows and marketing events as required. Desired Experience & Qualification QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 (Matric). Tertiary Qualification (or studying towards) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field would be advantageous. Incentives include Accommodation, Vehicle, 1 Return ticket for a year included; Relocation fees not accommodating Valid passport (South Africans) EXPERIENCE Proven work experience (minimum of two years) as a Sales Representative in the meat/butchery industry. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. Valid drivers license is mandatory and relocation to Zambia Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge of CRM systems. SKILLS REQUIRED Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
