Job Description
Remote – Software Engineer – 30-45k
This is a unique opportunity to work with a well renowned company in the audio industry who are headquartered in London. This opportunity will give you the chance to develop your skills and learn from an experienced team within the Embedded Systems space. They are looking for Software Engineers who have experience working on Embedded Systems, ideally with Embedded Linux experience and who has a passion to problem solve.
Main Duties:
+ Work with other developers to brainstorm and implement the best solutions for new features
+ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality embedded software for bare-metal, embedded Linux and other RTOS.
+ Work with version-controlled source code repositories.
+ Contribute to defining new features
Skills Needed:
+ Degree within a relevant discipline (eg. Computer Science)
+ Experience with Embedded programming in C/C++
+ Experience with version control eg. Git/SVN
+ Strong analytical and problem solving mindset – They would like someone who has found a particular area of development interesting and who has taken the time to understand its complexity and learn it.
+ People with demonstrable Github’s or projects they have done would be appreciated
More Information:
This role can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you are able to travel to their office based in Central London, at the company’s expense, as required. The role also comes with some great benefits including an early finish on a Friday and regular events and socials for those who loves music.
