Burlodge is a major global manufacturer who develop and design meal management systems. There are 220 staff across 9 offices in Europe and North America and factories based in Italy. Burlodge Group, based in the UK, is looking for an enthusiastic and well-rounded admin assistant to support the team with a wide range of tasks during an exceptionally busy time. This is initially a 6-month contract with scope to become permanent for the right person. The role would suit a graduate looking to gain experience in an office environment and who is happy to get involved with and learn different aspects of the business
The scope of the Admin Assistant role is broad and varied. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
· Support the Business Assistant in her day-to-day responsibilities
· Support the wider team as required
· Ensure shared documents up to date and accessible to all via our shared platform
· Distribute documents for translation and follow up
· Coordinate creation and update of marketing materials and presentations
· Analyse trends and KPIs
· Maintain the Burlodge App content for sales teams
· Manage office quality audit and monitor facility contracts
· Maintain office policies
· Organise travel arrangements
· Expense reports
· Data collection and management for sustainability reporting
· Marketing assistance
The ideal candidate will be:
· Open minded, willing and keen to learn
· Enthusiastic to get involved with a wide range of tasks
· IT literate with advanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
· Articulate with excellent written and spoken English
· French and/or Italian knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
The Group is based in light, airy, open-plan offices; alongside the main office there is a showroom for clients looking to view products and services, a test kitchen for demonstrations, meeting rooms and warehousing.
