Compliance Officer to join our fast-paced recruitment agency. Your primary role will be supporting our Recruitment Consultants by ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and cleared for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safeguarding and document checks for teaching candidates
• Ensure candidates are cleared to work within schools
• Provide essential support to Recruitment Consultants by managing compliance documentation and processes

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude and initiative
• Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with candidates at various career levels
• IT proficient with excellent written English skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A degree is preferred but not essential (experience is a bonus!)
• Previous experience in education or compliance is a plus
