Land Graduate
Work as part of a fast paced, entrepreneurial team where decisions and deals can be made quickly and competitively.
Shanly Homes - the privately-owned, award-winning regional housebuilder - is looking for a Land Graduate to assist in the acquisition of land and development opportunities across the home counties.
The role will predominately be based from Beaconsfield working alongside our inhouse planners and architect.
About the role
As Land Graduate you will support as needed with land acquisitions. This will include:
* Conduct searches through Landsec for potential opportunities, compiling relevant information and producing communications to land owners
* Assist in the collation of land exchange packs, including gathering the relevant information
* Assist with the technical appraisals of sites
* Carry out market research on sales values and specifications
* Regularly monitor relevant local authority planning application registers to identify possible opportunities
* Assist in the preparation of bids with other land team members.
About you
You will ideally have either studied or had previous experience working within the property sector. A clear and confident communicator who can harness this in negotiation situations. You will be organised and a self-starter who thrives on seeking out land opportunities.
Full driving licence and car will be necessary as the role will involve attending sites.
