SAIPA Trainee - Worcester

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a SAIPA Trainee. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain essential practical experience in the accounting field. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will receive extensive training and mentorship to help you develop your core skills in areas such as accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. You will work with a diverse range of clients and be part of a collaborative team, allowing you to grow both professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts. Participate in tax compliance activities including returns and calculations. Support the financial analysis and reporting processes. Engage with clients and build productive relationships. Participate in internal projects to streamline accounting activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Enrollment or intention to enroll in the SAIPA training program. Strong academic performance and foundational knowledge of accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn. Own transport to travel to clients' locations if needed.
