We are one of the foremost foreign exchange (FX) experts in the industry, with a multi-billion pound wholesale business and over 20 years’ trusted experience providing tailor-made travel money solutions for companies in the finance, travel and retail sectors.


We have a vacancy for a Designer to create compelling, on-brand creative that reinforces our positioning as the leader in foreign exchange across B2B and B2C marketing covering all customer touch points including retail, web, mobile and app.


The Role


  • Interpret the creative needs of the project/initiative to engage the desired audience and support the desired action/outcome of the brief.
  • Be an active contributor to the ideation of campaigns, as the subject matter expert in design and a voice of creative excellence.
  • Conceptual design - developing innovative and impactful visual concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage workflow of creative briefs, adapting to key operational processes.
  • Generate high-quality marketing collateral across multiple mediums, including web, social media assets, motion graphics, videos, podcasts, whitepapers, ebooks, interactive pdfs and email templates. As well as capability to design for print (internal documentation, campaign leaflets, direct mail, POS through to OOH) and PowerPoint presentation design (template updates and animation).
  • Liaise with, suppliers, internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the seamless production and delivery of creative materials/ campaigns.
  • Source photography and materials in line with brand guidelines to enhance the quality and relevancy.
  • Video and photographic editing.
  • Brand consistency / brand guardianship - ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables, maintaining a strong and recognisable brand identity.
  • Maintain a Brand Portal with the latest design assets, images and graphics.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and approaches, as well as being knowledgeable of current industry trends
  • Stay current with design trends and technology and continuously seek to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the team to build a thriving work environment where knowledge and ideas are shared


The Candidate


We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and passionate Designer who will be working in partnership with colleagues across the Marketing & Communications team to deliver creative projects to brief. The creative work is varied and requires a combination of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and a keen understanding of design principles.


  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Aftereffects). Experience using Figma.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, social media, and traditional creative work (including web, app, retail, CRM – including email and in-app content).
  • Understanding of dark mode, accessibility requirements and thinking mobile first.
  • Experience in digital channels and social media platforms is crucial, in particular, how to optimise creative work for the channel.
  • Video editing and post-production experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and graphic design and a love of branding.
