Job Description
We are seeking an energetic Post Production Producer to join our dynamic team focused on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) advertising and social media content. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology, and data-driven advertising. The candidate will be instrumental in steering the content through post-production to market release, providing a unique opportunity to influence major brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post Production Oversight: Maintain and update media & data systems to streamline post-production workflows and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Edit Management: Work alongside a diverse team of remote editors and producers, facilitating communications and ensuring project alignments.
- Quality Assurance and Feedback: Actively provide detailed feedback on edit projects, and manage quality control processes to uphold the brand’s high standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of live ads, using data to optimise future campaigns and report on content effectiveness.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to creative discussions and testing initiatives, applying insights from data to drive content innovations and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Technical and Creative Skills: Proficient in video editing software and familiar with the latest AI trends in video production. A creative mindset with a knack for storytelling through digital media.
- Project Coordination: Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to manage deadlines and adapt to new information or changes in scope.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills required for effectively liaising between various creative and technical teams.
- Adaptability and Proactivity: Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and proactive in finding solutions to meet evolving project demands.
