ISDA/Documentation Analyst

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well regarded broker and market maker specialising in futures, options and other derivatives

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different types of contracts such as trading agreements, ISDA agreements, NDAs, service level agreements
• Drafting client and counterparty communications
• Legal corporate documentation
• Policy and procedure documentation regarding legislation and regulations
• Internal and external query handling on legal documentation
• Agreement templates
• Research on legal and regulatory matters concerning policy

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in a financial services firm in a legal/documentation role
• Knowledge of ISDA and NDAs ideally
• Knowledge of the FCA and regulated environment preferred
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Excellent documentation/report drafting experience
• Ideally a law graduate
