About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded with the support of HoPM
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, including bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies to align with the overall marketing strategy set up by the Head of Brand and Head of Performance Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Utilise budgets managed and set by the Head of Performance Marketing and allocate resources effectively to maximise the impact of paid media efforts.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in paid media strategies.


About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Paid Media Exacutive or similar role, with agency background preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media analytics tools.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and personalised marketing approaches.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
