Salary: National - circa £40,000, London - circa £50,000

In Transformation & Change Delivery, you'll be working within a large dynamic team of like-minded people, making business changes to the pricing and underwriting rules using a range of tools which could include ProductWriter or Radar.
We have a diverse range of products and channels so there is scope to try lots of different things from talking to our partners and key stakeholders or developing new insights that drive performance for our Aviva own brands. We have roles to suit everyone.
A bit about the job:
Every day, you'll be providing analysis-based pricing or underwriting recommendations to help deliver continual improvement to the products you're working on. You will also work closely with colleagues from across the business and share your ideas to identify the right opportunities to achieve profitable growth and deliver good outcomes for customers. The tools you will use include Microsoft Office, Excel, ProductWriter and Radar.
This role is in the Personal Lines Underwriting (PLU) Community which looks after the pricing (how much we charge) and underwriting (how we manage our decisions and risk) for our 'personal line' (home, motor and travel) insurance products in the UK. The team is made up of a broad spectrum of people; some have been with the company for over 30 years whilst others have just finished University.

- Experience using ProductWriter or similar Product Build Platform
- Knowledge of General Insurance (not essential)
- Positive mindset, quick learner & willingness to adapt
- Natural problem solver
- Ability to handle and prioritise given workload with business objectives

- National salary circa £40,000, London salary circa £50,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
