As a sustainable fashion consignment agency, Loop Generation offers the very best in second-hand clothing, accessories, shoes and beauty products available to purchase both online and in our stores in London's Chelsea. Our aim is to offer customers both the opportunity to buy and sell the finest items whilst promoting an interest in mindful shopping, cutting down on needless consumption and focusing fundamentally on quality.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will be working hands-on with garments and accessories coming through the photo studio, taking and editing pictures, managing products in Shopify and writing accurate and informative product descriptions. You will also be responsible for packing products and preparing orders for shipments. You will be required to work both independently and alongside our team, you will manage your own workload to meet deadlines while liaising daily with the co-Founders, Operations Manager, and shopfloor team on product workflow and brand information.

Desired experience:

• Experience in an e-commerce/studio/fashion environment
• A background in fashion/copywriting and social media
• Experience with e-commerce and marketing systems (obligatory Shopify experience)

Desired skills:



• Basic photography skills
• Excellent English language and grammar skills
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace to a very high standard, managing workload to strict deadlines and targets
• Strong brand awareness and a good knowledge of fashion trends and garment terminology
• Strong experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to problem solve and be reactive and adaptable
• Knowledge of SEO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships and thrive working as a team
• PC literate in Outlook and Microsoft Word

Days: 4/5 days a week

Salary: Competitive

Contract type: 2 months paid probation period, rolling contract afterwards (6 months minimum)

Location: Central London (Chelsea)
