About the Role

This post presents an exciting opportunity to lead on the implementation and development of Personal Well-being services in the South West/Central Region. Commissioned by the MOJ, these services are focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders across the following pathways: Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Well-being Services, Social Inclusion. The role will span numerous contract delivery areas across South West/Central England. It will focus on mobilising the estates and workforce, as well as being involved in the co-design of the delivery model. Furthermore, the role involves working with the wider Senior Leadership & Governance team to embed robust performance and governance processes.


Responsibilities

  • Experience of delivering services in the Justice/Social Care Sector
  • Experience of leading multi-site teams working with vulnerable people
  • Ability to create a compelling vision for stakeholders, partners, staff, and volunteers and successfully manage and communicate change
  • Experience of managing senior staff
  • A track record of establishing project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, ideally with some knowledge of output-based funding


Qualifications

Essential experience:



  • Experience of delivering services in the Justice/Social Care Sector
  • Experience of leading multi-site teams working with vulnerable people

  • Experience of managing senior staff

Required Skills

Undergoing the HMPPS Level 1 vetting is a requirement for this role.


Preferred Skills

  • Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check, HMPPS vetting check, and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The post-holder must have right to work in the UK. Catch22 does not currently provide a licence to sponsor visas, but please see this register to see those that do


Pay range and compensation package

Salary: From £52,000
