Graduate Building Surveyor - Kick-start your career in a new office, with 1:1 APC support and a variety of projects!
My client are an SME consutlancy, with four nationwide offices and a newly openend London office, delivering services to private clients for over 30 years'.
This opportunity will offer an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor a true variety of projects to learn from, structured, 1:1 APC support, with a high company-wide success rate and fast-tracked progression to senior positions.
Benefits
£30,000 - £35,000
Agile working policy - 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Full APC support and training (Paid for)

25 days annual leave
Structured, performance related bonus scheme
RICS membership fee's when Chartered Role and responsibilities
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work on a portfolio of private sector projects, across the commericial, residential and education sectors, with schemes spanning across London and the home counties.
In your role as a Graduate Building Surveyor you'll work closely with the Director of the team, learning directly from them with 1:1 support and grow into an integral piece of the new team that is being constructed.
Person specification
If you are a Graduate Building Surveyor with good communication skills and keen to work long-term in an SME, where you'll benefit from no-capped progression, then this is a brilliant role to kick-start your career.
MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree, in Building Surveying ideally
Experience in a private practice/consultancy environment
Solid private sector knowledge would be advantageous
