We're seeking a future team member for the role of Social Media Specialist to join the Content Strategy & Channel Execution team within Marketing & Communications. This role is located in London, United Kingdom with a hybrid work arrangement..

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Help drive the development and execution of BNY Investments' organic social calendar, content and strategy for LinkedIn

Work cross-functionally to identify, develop and execute on organic content opportunities that align culturally and strategically with the brand
Track organic reporting and analytics against goals while using data to drive brand growth on social, leaning in or pivoting when/where necessary
Share best practices, industry trends, platform updates and more with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic direction for the brand
Adherence to internal and external approval processes, compliance, legal, audit, and regulatory processes and documentation
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, priorities simultaneously

Several years social media experience in a highly regulated industry and/or large-scale company or agency setting
Experience with enterprise social management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Meltwater, etc.
Experience with employee advocacy programs at large-scale organization
Strong mix of creative, data oriented, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling content
Excellent writer and communicator with knowledge of how content should vary by channel
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Workfront preferred
