Job Description:
What you'll be doing :
- Analyze and Evaluate: Look at business processes, data, and requirements to find the best solutions.
- Design and Create: Make process and customer journey flow diagrams.
- Develop Proposals: Create and present proposals that meet our clients' needs.
- Translate Needs: Turn business needs into clear technical documents.
- Collaborate: Work with clients and internal teams to design and implement tech solutions.
- Configure and Test: Set up, test, and deliver digital communication platforms.
- Support Users: Help system administrators and users solve software issues.
- Train and Support: Teach users how to use our digital solutions.
- Innovate: Find new ways to improve our services.
- Experience in a customer-facing role in a system development environment.
- Experience with process automation.
- Experience working with system data in different formats/databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of email and SMS services.
- Experience with AI-based text analysis.
- Understanding of print production and postal services.
- Familiarity with scanning, indexing, and digital storage.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
