We are currently looking for a Quality Technician for our 2nd shift team.In summary, what does the role entail?Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Technician is responsible for attaining, validating, and maintaining standards of quality for product specifications and quality procedures. Responsible for the training of new personnel on the importance of quality procedures. Responsible for analyzing customer returns, validating customer complaints, auditing products and processes, conducting various tests, inspection of products, and creating jigs for new and existing product.Who are we?
