Role Overview:


As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Levin by developing and executing strategies to identify, source, assess, and attract the best recent graduates. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by bringing in the next generation of Associates to join our team.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead the Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from drafting job specs to extending employment offers.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilize strategies to source both passive and active candidates, tap into diverse talent pools, and review CVs.
  • Conducting Interviews: Assess candidates qualifications and be able to explain the job role, our mission and culture.
  • Interview Process: Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers, schedule next stage interviews with internal hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate offer packages and the onboarding process.
  • Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices, evaluate and identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity. Enter applicants into our ATS, maintain accurate data around applicant activities and stages of the candidates interview process.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Extensive recruitment experience of hiring entry level talent at mass into fast growth organizations
  • Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal hiring managers
  • Proven effective interpersonal skills, able to interview candidates, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels within Levin
  • Social personalities with exceptional verbal and written communication & people skills
  • Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to produce results, work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines
  • Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Energetic individuals looking for a fun, inclusive, and collaborative environment
  • The base salary range will be up to £70,000 pro-rata, with potential bonus awards
