25k - 30k basic + Uncapped commission
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Chadwell Heath
Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are an ambitious, hungry for success recruitment agency who specialise within the Health and social sector. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our rapid growing team providing temp and perm staff in a fast-paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with clients and candidates is key.
The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant will include:
* Maintaining relationships with clients
* Resourcing via networking and referrals, headhunting, internal database and social media
* Qualifying candidates and providing all necessary information in regards to the role and opportunity (face to face or on the phone)
* Business Development - Building your own portfolio of clients, negotiating rates and managing their expectations/needs
* Taking candidates through interview preparation (face to face or on the phone)
Ideal Skills:
* Sales focused and target driven
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships
* Driven and ambitious, keen to develop your recruitment career long-term
* Positive attitude, determination and resilience!
