About my Client:
My clients is a renowned London-based event agency known for delivering high-profile, creative, and large-scale events across the UK and internationally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Recruitment Consultant to ensure they attract, hire, and retain the very best talent to fuel their continued growth and success.
Role Overview:
As the Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the agency attracts top talent across all departments, from creative and production to operations and client services. This role requires someone who can strategically identify and recruit individuals who are passionate about events and possess the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to meet the current and future hiring needs of the agency.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored support to ensure roles are filled quickly with high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events, with a focus on finding candidates aligned with the agency’s values and culture.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand, ensuring we are positioned as a desirable workplace in the events industry.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate needs and future growth, ensuring the agency can scale effectively as we take on larger and more complex projects.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure recruitment practices promote diversity and inclusion, creating a workforce that reflects the diversity of our clients and the wider events industry.
- Onboarding and Integration: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company quickly and effectively.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally from agency or within the events, creative, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
