Graphic Designer (Part-time 2-3 days)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to bring visual consistency across multiple platforms. This role will focus on designing materials that reinforce brand ethos, enhance the customer experience, and support both our digital and in-store presence.


Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for designing the visual content across all marketing channels including website, printed collateral, shop window vinyl and in-store point of sale / display and other special brand projects.

· Design and execute visually engaging, commercial email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo that align with our brand guidelines and optimise content to drive CTR and conversion.

· Manage and evolve Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook’s visual brand guidelines and ensure all creative output adheres to them; maintain consistency across all visual assets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to produce seasonal look books that showcase our collections in a visually captivating way.·

. Design and adapt photographic images into ready-to-use assets for social media platforms, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and Feed posts, ensuring visual cohesion across formats.

· Produce print and digital advertising assets and upload via necessary portals where required on deadline.

· Create compelling and on-brand sales materials, presentations, training and pitch documents for internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop innovative in-store concepts, point-of-sale materials, and signage to elevate the customer experience and drive foot traffic.

· Design and preparation of internal and external presentations and brand documents.

· Working with copywriters, marketing manager and ecommerce manager to produce final design assets.

· Provide team with all seasonal, weekly and daily image assets.

· Supporting Design & Production team with CAD drawing creation for product design and production.

· Ad hoc image retouching.


Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education

· A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

· +2 years' experience within a Graphic Design related role

· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.

· Experience in image retouching and editing.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Understanding of print production and prepress processes.

· Experience with motion graphics or video editing (desirable).

· Familiarity with website design, Shopify and Klaviyo (desirable)

· Menswear enthusiast

This is a part-time role [2-3 days per week], permanently based at our HQ on in Lambs Conduit Street, Holborn in London and your working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm in the office.
