Our client, a Global Nutrition company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Ukrainian Market to join their expanding team in Northwest London (Hybrid).

Position Responsibilities:
Local Marketing Leadership:
- Lead on-ground product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Licensing, Product & Brand Marketing, PR & Communications) both locally and with the EMEA office.
- Oversee marketing communications, including local and nationwide media campaigns, and work with vendors (production and media agencies) and in-house teams.
- Manage PR & communications, sponsorships, Member tools, materials, and training programs.
- Develop and adapt Member education programs, promotions, and production efforts.
Social Media Strategy:
- Lead the strategy and development for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Collaborate with creative agencies to set objectives, KPIs, and conduct post-campaign analyses.
EMEA Marketing Cooperation:
- Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Team to leverage best practices for the UA market.
- Adapt regional programs, campaigns, materials, and products for local use.
Member Engagement:
- Collaborate with local Members, especially the S&P group, to identify needs for new tools, materials, and training.
- Ensure Member engagement in marketing initiatives and gather feedback proactively.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Cooperate with Country Manager, SS&S, Member Services, Logistics, and Sales Centers to develop and execute effective Member programs, tools, training, promotions, and product launches.
Marketing Material Development:
- Lead the development and production of all marketing materials, including literature, market research, print, online, multimedia, and business tools.
- Monitor market needs and update tools to support DMOs effectively.
Corporate Marketing Alignment:
- Implement regional and global marketing programs in alignment with Corporate Marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree in Marketing or Economics
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in marketing, brand/category management or trade marketing
- Soft Skills: Open, positive, stress-resistant, enthusiastic, motivated, independent, creative, and a problem-solver.
- Language: Native Ukrainian, Fluent Rusian and English
