Travel Physical Therapist - $2,126 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Cromwell, Connecticut.

Job Description & Requirements

Description:
Therapists will use their skills to evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals. We are seeking a clinician to support our individuals with intellectual disabilities on evaluations. 10-15 Hours per week as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active PT license in the state of CT.
• Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Mosaics Code of Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and team work
• Exceptional oral and written communication
• Experience with the geriatric population
• Understanding of current Medicaid billing regulations
