About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Conference Producer in our Chemical Portfolio. These exceptional events deliver events across Europe, Asia and Latin America, including events such as; in-cosmetics Global, in-cosmetics Asia, in-cosmetics Korea, in-cosmetics Latin America and ChemSpec. This role is responsible for building and managing the content across all theatres and requires excellent research and communication skills, commercial acumen and the ability to create compelling programmes tailored to specific audience personas.


Responsibilities

  • Utilising customer insights, needs and behaviours to develop the content strategy and plan for all events within the portfolio
  • Generating high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats to meet the needs of different visitor personas/audience segments
  • Identifying, securing, and managing high-profile speakers from leading end-user organisations
  • Collaborating with conference sponsors and their customers to ensure the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors are met
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support the delivery of the visitor audience by assisting with the messaging
  • Contributing to the content marketing strategy and tactics for the event by helping to create compelling content
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand the needs of the exhibitor customer to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with the publishing community along with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales and operations


Requirements

  • Have previous experience in Conference production
  • Have excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Have previous experience in researching new markets and delivering top-level programs to tight deadlines
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a true team player with effective people management skills
